The Ritz-Carlton Toronto offers an extensive collection of amenities spanning dining, wellness, business, and guest services. The fifth-floor recreation area includes a heated indoor saltwater pool, whirlpool, and a 24-hour fitness centre with cardio and strength equipment. Spa myBlend provides facial, body, massage, and salon treatments, although the spa is scheduled for a temporary renovation closure beginning September 21, 2026, while the pool and fitness centre remain open. TOCA, LANO, and EPOCH Bar & Kitchen Terrace provide different dining settings, while 24-hour in-room dining gives guests another option inside the room. Club Lounge access is available with selected Club Level accommodations. Concierge service, business facilities, dry cleaning, bicycle rental, wake-up calls, and meeting space add practical support. Current policies apply to spa access, pets, parking, and other services.
- Indoor Saltwater Pool
The heated indoor saltwater pool is located on the fifth floor and operates daily from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Towels are provided, and the pool area also includes a whirlpool.
- Whirlpool
The whirlpool forms part of the fifth-floor indoor pool facilities, giving guests a separate option for relaxing after sightseeing or exercise.
- Fitness Centre
The fitness centre is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is complimentary for hotel guests. Equipment includes Peloton bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, rowing machines, stair climbers, free weights, and strength equipment.
- Spa myBlend
Spa myBlend provides facial and body treatments, massages, manicures and pedicures, and other wellness services. The spa is scheduled to temporarily close from September 21, 2026, for renovation and is expected to reopen in late February 2027.

TOCA serves Italian cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant provides breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch during designated service periods.

LANO is a Northern Italian café and wine bar serving signature coffees, wines, and light bites.
- EPOCH Bar & Kitchen Terrace
